Our employees have vast experience and knowledge. A full third of our machinists have been with Cameron Machine Shop for over 15 years. Their hard work and dedication ensures a precise manufacturing of your part. Our spacious facility allows our employees to work effectively and efficiently to produce a quality product. Quality is defined not only as a well made part, but also the satisfaction and retention of our knowledgeable employees. We measure the quality of our parts with these four objectives. A quality product as measured by the number of products accepted by the customer with a goal of 100% acceptance. On-time delivery as measured by the number of shipments on-time with a goal of 100% on-time. Employee satisfaction as measured by employee retention (95%), target a competitive pay scale (within the top 30% for the area), and response to employees suggestions/concerns. Safety as measured by the number of days without an accident.
