Interesting fact –

Mulugeta is from Eritrea in Africa.
He came to the US for opportunity.
He had no contacts in the machining industry but had a strong desire to work
He came into the shop one day and talked with my dad. Mulugeta offered to
work for two weeks for free to prove himself. My dad accepted his offer and the
rest is history. And yes, dad did pay him as he was and still is an excellent machinist
